If your Ultrasound won't turn on (red light doesn't come on).

If you are an overseas cutomer, make sure that you are using the correct power adapter. We sell adapters for UK, Europe and Australia (any other countries, email us and we will have them) online For North American customers, the transformer (black cord) must be plugged into the white cord on the device

Your red light turned off automatically.

The Ultrasound has a 10 minute automatic shut-off - the red light and the unit will turn off after 10 minutes use. To restart your Ultrasound to treat another area, simply push the button again. If it still doesn't start, make sure the transformer (black cord is plugged in the white cord on the device.

If you encounter any adverse reactions to the gel or the ultrasound treatment, discontinue use immediately.

We recommend that you contact your physician and/or physical therapy practitioner before using any medical device.
